These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KiuwFit mobile application operated by Kiuw Technologies Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KiuwFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

KiuwFit is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides workout programs, AI-powered food analysis, nutrition logging, and coaching insights. The app is provided “as is” and is intended for general fitness information purposes.

3. Health Disclaimer

KiuwFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The calorie estimates, nutritional information, and coaching insights provided by the app are approximations generated by AI and should not be considered as professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

4. User Accounts

You may use KiuwFit without an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may sign in using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign-In.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (workout logs, nutrition data, photos). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide app functionality (e.g., AI food analysis, data syncing).

6. AI-Generated Content

KiuwFit uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze food photos, generate coaching insights, and create workout recommendations. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the AI features.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The KiuwFit name, logo, and app design are trademarks of Kiuw Technologies Ltd. The app's source code, design, and content are protected by copyright law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiuw Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injuries resulting from following workout programs or dietary suggestions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
